《公司法》第七条规定，公司营业执照记载的事项发生变更的，公司应当依法发生变化后30日内办理变更登记，由公司登记机关换发营业执照。公司变更登记事项，应当向原公司登记机关即公司设立登记机关申请变更登记。

Article 7 of the Company Law stipulates that if the matters recorded in the company's business license are changed, the company shall handle the change registration within 30 days after the change occurs in accordance with the law, and the company registration authority shall renew the business license. Where a company changes its registered items, it shall apply to the original company registration authority, that is, the company establishment registration authority, for registration of the change.
